I started this blog for when I was teaching in China. Then I moved to Hong Kong and taught second grade for five years. After seven years in Asia, it was time for me to return to my country. These are my adventures of living, working and repatriating myself.

My Family
I'm home for Christmas break. It's so nice to see my family. It has been snowing and snowing. My sister is super pregnant and so happy. I hope she has the baby while I'm home. Just been baking my great grandma's gingerbread, playing games of monopoly and going for winter walks. Oh and decorated the tree. My lil sister's boyfriend said the tree looks like one from a movie. I thought that was sweet.

Wonderful pictures, Rachel looks beautiful! And you and your beau both look beaming and happy! Am glad that you were able to get home for Christmas. We are on our way up to a little village in upstate New York to visit Charlie's sister for the holidays. We love it up there, is like being in a postcard.
Oh...the Nutcracker pictures are adorable, what a wonderful job you and your kids did!
Give your mom a hug from me.
love,
Cousin Susie
